As the proud owner of Bumble Bee Blinds in Ponte Vedra Beach, I bring a unique blend of experience, passion, and dedication to every project. With a background in sociology and a master’s degree in public administration, my career has been driven by a deep love for people and community. I spent over 20 years as an executive leader in nonprofit organizations, specializing in operations, human resource management, and training—always with a focus on excellence and integrity.

Growing up as a military brat, I moved every two years, gaining exposure to diverse people, cultures, and styles. This ever-changing environment instilled in me a passion for design on a budget—transforming spaces to reflect personality while promoting a sense of comfort and well-being. Now, as a business owner, I get to blend my love for community, design, and service, helping homeowners create beautiful, functional spaces that enhance their daily lives.

Family is at the heart of everything I do, and opening a family business has been a dream come true. At Bumble Bee Blinds, my goal is simple: to leave things better than I found them—just as my dad taught me. Whether it’s through top-quality window treatments, exceptional service, or a personal touch, I’m committed to helping my clients bring their vision to life with style and purpose.

About Me: Worker Bee-in-Chief

As the Worker Bee-in-Chief of Bumble Bee Blinds, Teddy brings a wealth of leadership experience, strategic vision, and a passion for service to our family business. With over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and leadership across both the nonprofit and for-profit sectors, he knows how to build strong teams, create meaningful connections, and drive growth.

By day, Teddy serves as the Chief Program Officer for Pace Center for Girls, where he oversees the development, implementation, and performance of life-changing programs for young women across multiple states. His leadership has not only strengthened the organization’s impact but also elevated its national presence. Prior to this, he played a pivotal role in fundraising and corporate partnerships with Boys & Girls Clubs of America, securing over $80 million in support for youth programs.

While his career has been dedicated to serving communities and creating opportunities for those in need, Teddy’s greatest joy comes from his role as a devoted husband and father to two amazing daughters. A proud Pennsylvania native and lifelong Phillies fan, he’s embraced the Florida sunshine and the adventure of co-owning a family business.
