"My wife and I recently found ourselves needing to replace the blind that covers the bay window in the front of our house. It had finally given way to the effects of age. I started to search online for a new one, and was drawn to Bumble Bee Blinds, first because of the catchy name, and it was also close to our house. It was easy to set up an appointment, and we were soon visited by the owner, James, and his Lead Design Consultant Tiffany. They showed up on time which, in my book, is a plus. They were quick to measure and were very knowledgeable regarding the kind of blind we needed. Tiffany was very helpful in choosing material, and colors that would go best with our decor. It was a very nice home visit. The really great news was getting a call back after only a week, to say that the blind we chose was finished two weeks ahead of schedule. Again, we set up an appointment, and James (promptly) arrived to do the install. It looked great! After a week or so, I called James to tell him that I felt it took too much effort to lower the blind. We found ourselves at the top of his work list, and he came back over, made a couple of adjustments, and that took care of the problem. All in all, the whole experience was pleasant, and we found James to be efficient and professional. It was a joy to have worked with him, and I would be quick to call Bumble Bee Blinds for any future projects. I would also highly recommend him to any of my friends looking for blinds of their own.
